psycho ward

I went to psycho ward this weekend it's a nightclub but also like a interactive themed night it's set in resistance gallery in Bethnal Green, which was a little hard to find as it was not signposted very well. I was only there second time this event has ever been held and form what I experienced I do t thinks it's going to be the last.

When we arrived we where welcomed by a kind woman whom we chatted we the went into the bathroom to put the finishing touches to our costumes, and they have the most amazing wall paper it's made from old comic book and games sleeves.

I spent ages trying to find my favourite characters there was wolverine. Superman, Loki and the green lantern.

We dresses as crazy nurses to go with the theme, so we put on our nurses costume from a previous night out and applied bandages to our face and arms then covered with fake blood to give that extra effect and if I do say so my self I think it looked amazing.

Once we had finished getting ready we then had our "appointment" with the doctor/nurse where they diagnosed our conditions mine was empathy and we where then give our treatment in form of pill (tic tac's), fake injection or the best was if we where given our medicine (a clove flavoured shot drink which was yummy). It was really fun to have the interactive part and the doctor and nurses where really into there roles.

There was also performances going on throughout the night, my favourite was the amazing marmie scarlet who I have seen perform a number of time and she is always a pleasure to watch and this time was no exceptions.

A few pictures of all the performers from the night

I had a wonderful time at psycho ward and I will be going the next one once its announced, even though it was a much smaller venue and a lot less people than where we usually go to but everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It reminded me of when I first went to club AC and how I was made to feel at home there and now I feel apart of the AC family rather just a bunch of regulars at a club.

Club AntiChrist

When to March's AC with my sister and the theme was horns, mask and high heels

I have to say this was the worst AC I have been to in the past few years Firstly my costume didn't arrive in time so had find so thing last minute but eventually I but together a few items and it kindawant together.
I had some hysteria machine winter horn and put it together with my old PVC dress and worn a pair of white heels hoping they matched the horns.

The only thing that went right was the make up, We used the horn God as inspiration thinking of vines and leaves and it grew from that idea and turned out I think pretty awesome in my opinion.

After the torture of trying to sort out the outfit I then start come down with the flu during AC so I couldn't really enjoy myself as I spent most of the night shivering or feeling extremely tired.

I was also not a fan of the new compare he kept getting caught in the wires and wasn't as entertaining as previous compares, he seemed to not be organised and I was a little miffed that he said an act would start in 10 minutes do I went to get a drink and he then introduced them just as I got to the bar so I ended up missing a bit of the act, I was upset that there was no satan strip show that is always my fravourite act.

The positive thing of the night was they where Playing the labyrinth in the cinema which is one of my all time favourite movies and I got to catch up with quite a few of my lovely AC friends who are alway amazing and there was some great music played by the DJs.

La boutique bizarre and club imaginarium

I went la boutique bizarre just before Christmas and I have to say it was amazing there where so many wonderful stalls and products including wonderful latex outfit I was do upset that I didn't have enough money to buy any.

But I did get an amazing rubber collar and cuff set from prong jewellery.
I got a black rubber Choker with little red roses and spikes with matching cuff.

Not Only did I get a choker so did my sister  her has red beads that hang down from the choker we also got a lovey leopard printed bow necklace for our friend as a Christmas present which she adores.
I totally recommend checking them out they have some amazing jewellery! Check them out at http://www.prongjewellery.com/

We also ran into the amazing Alix fox at la botique bizarre  who talked me into getting a pair of mantis london crow  feet earring which I was undecided about getting.

The following weekend after la botique bizarre I got me and my sister got show off all our lovely new purchases at club imaginarium it was our first time going do as you can imagine we hot lost walked past it twice in the end we had ask a police officer where it was while standing out side it we felt like the biggest idiot .

My first impression for imaginarium was that it was Tiny compared to our usal club antichrist it has two dance floors, one chill out area , a small smoking area out side and a little couples room/ dungeon which I found  the biggest let down as I was expect a separate dungeon to play in but I did like that they had these dark rooms inside the couples area which look like they could be a lot of fun.

The high light of the night for me was meet Cara the genius behind all the amazingly wonderful item from hysteria machine including the rose head band I was wearing that night and the crow skull fascinator my sister was wearing, I can not emphasise how incredible an artist she is I recommend her over and over again all her work are hand made and paint by her.
